PCT For 10 Week Test E Cycle

I'm about to finish up my 10 week cycle of Test E. I can get my hands on Nolva, Clomid, Proviron, and Arimedex. What would be the best and how much of it?

I like taking both clomid at 25\25\20\20 and nolva at 40\40\20\20.

Most people seem to do well on just clomid at 50\50\50\50
