I'm doing a cycle of Test Cyp only 400mg. I have Noval on hand , but no signs of Gyno. My cycle looks like this.

Week 1-10 Test Cyp 400mg week

I'm on week 9 and wanted some advice on my PCT. I was going to use the Noval like this.

week 13/ 40 ed
week 14/ 20 ed
week 15/ 20 ed

My question is how many weeks to run the noval?

hi there run the nova @40/40/20/20 and start your pct 2weeks after your last pin or 3 weeks not 2 sure with the cyp

planned on starting 2 weeks after last pin. So I should run 40/40/20/20. 4 weeks should be good?

One last question.... when I take the 40 of Noval for 2 weeks, should I take one in morning and one at night or both together. Does it matter?

yeah spead the tabs/caps throu out the day

morning-nite or midday-nite

its spelled NOLVA short for Nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate)

Cyp's half life is longer than Test E and Test E is 2 weeks after last pin. Look into this i'm not sure but it could be closer to 2.5-3 weeks before PCT. I'm not sure, but I believe that it is 10.5 days Test E and around 12ish for Cyp.

nolva for 4 weeks should be all you need, maybe get some clomid, but that should be all.
