power yoga on rest days?

Overtraining is an individual thing, but very possibly, Power Yoga combined with a regular heavy workout schedule could lead to overtraining. Alternatively, the more meditative styles of Yoga such as Kripalu are almost certainly beneficial for speeding recovery of the muscles and rejuvanating the CNS actually making overtraining less likely. I don't have time to do this right now, but it's something I'm considering trying to make time for.
