Pre Workout Ingredients Cycle Help

Out of these common pre workout ingredients which ones are considered stimulants and need to be cycled?

L-Tyrosine
N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine (NALT)
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)
Beta Alanine
L-Arginine (AAKG)
Caffeine
Taurine
L-Citrulline
 
indeed. The caffeine for sure. Basically if it's a stim, it needs to be cycled. As it will eventually burn out your adrenal glands, which then won't produce cortisol, and the stims will cease to have any effect.

Try n2kts though if you are going to cycle on/off a stim type pre workout :)
 
Hmm glad I read this. Is there anything that can help your glands get back on track otc or should I see a specialist. I know for a fact that mines has to be burnt out. I use to take stims and still do from time to time, but back then i wasn't told to cycle so I learned the hard way.
 
yes, there is. Just cease stimulant use for a good couple of weeks and the adrenal glands will heal themselves just fine. If you are having more serious problems than that where they will not heal themselves, or you want to help the process out you can look into some different things like adrenal glandular supplements. Basically dessicated adrenal glands from animals in a pill form that will help rebuild your adrenals. Also basic things like licorice root help. Pregnenolone will help as well. But really 99% of the time you just need to take a few weeks off of all the stims and let them naturally heal themselves. Make sure to get good sleep.
