pre workout / post workout carb powders

Creatine immediately post work-out and nitric oxide pre-workout.

15 mins later a protein shake rich with rich additives; depending on goal, can be high in carbs as well.
 
I use this right before I hit the gym

6 Grams Citrulline malate
4 Grams Beta-alanine
5g Glutamine
3g Taurine
1 scoop of "True Protein" Post Work-Out (Carbohydrate) Formula w\ electrolytes
1 Scoop of 75/25 "True Protein" Protein
1 tbls Glycerin
5g Leucine
500ml of water


then when I leave I consume this
1.5 Scoops of Trueprotien 75/25 Whey/Casein + 5g Leucine \w Biotest Powerdrive [Once I leave the gym] (500ml of Water)

Hydrolyzed Casein 25%
