Progress is easy, I want perfection

Well, I managed to shave off all that weight and then some that i gained from powerlifting, then stopping everything. At the height of my lifting i was about 240, then I stopped becuase of some family problems, and put on about 35-40 lbs of FAT.

I dropped down to 265, and decided it was time to get on track. I took ECA stack + T3 and got down to 230, then naturally lost 30 more lbs

Supposedly the Army say's i'm at 6'2 203 lbs...14.5% BF with a 34 inch waist and a 16" neck.

I want to be at about 190 lbs, and not loose anymore muscle, and be cut.

Is higher reps and lower weight the way to go? Right now i'm doing about 45-1 hour of cardio. Track season is coming up, and i'm just going to train with them to build up my endurance and get used to running. I'm going add in a lifting routine, and the question is:

Is higher reps and lower weight the way to go?

Is my diet hurting me?

This is what I usually eat:
Morning: Bowl of wheaties or some health cereal, sometimes accompanied with a cup of cofee.

Lunch: Romain Salad with a granola bar and a milk

Dinner: Chicken sandwich with a salad, glass of orange juice...somtimes just a salad.

At max i take in 2500 calories...

Lighter weight and higher reps does not get you cut or defined if thats what you're asking. The only way to be cut and defined is to have low bf and thats done with diet and cardio.

Damn boy you need to eat more food!

Light weights are a bad idea if you are cutting. You will be able to spare more lean mass using heavier weights.

I'll give you congrats on loosing all that weight, anyway. I don't know how you do it. Your food for the entire day is a snack for me.

If you want to maintain some muscle, then you are going to need a lot more protein than that.

One of the worse diets I have seen in AGES.

Which is fine because he wants to lose weight, however obviously if the diet doesn't make him sufficiently lean like he seeks then he needs to change it. The diet is pretty much sugary shit that every day people eat.

I can't imagine what it would take me to get down to 190, wow.

I never really heard of OJ for dinner, I'd swap that with water. If you 'need' OJ have it in the morning.

he'll be losing weight alright!if you starve yourself eventually you will lose the weight but alot of that weight will be your hard earned muscle and we don't want that.

This should probably get moved to Diet IMO...

Okay, i'm going to start tweaking my diet tommoro.

Morning: 2 Eggs blended with a glass of OJ. + Sobe 0 calorie energy drink

Lunch: Salad, milk and a granola bar.

Dinner: Chicken breast, with brown rice.

My workout is 2 hours of wrestling. ~45 of that being hard core conditioning, the rest of it being wrestling (which is conditioning in itself). I burn off an average of four pounds each practice.

After the season is over i'm hitting the weights.
