Protein along with other post workout???

My personal opinion would be to stay away from similar products although some swear by the superpumps and sizeons of the world.

I think you would probably be fine with as standard micronized creatine, grape juice or something similar and maybe a high dose of Vitamin C ( 1000mg-2000mg).

Anything from muscle tech seems to cost a ton of money so if you get great results, stick with it!

Im actually wanting to know if I should stop use of protein shakes after my workout, if I start using a post workout supplement like Halo, or do I drink both

thanks for the help, and the link, it appears that im just goina have to do more research on which post workout i want to take

All you need post workout is protein with a simple carb.

Creatine and glutamine are great too...All depends on your goals.

If you read up on post workout nutrition, its not as complicated as you think.

thanks for all the helpful info guys!!!!

Let me rephrase my question, has anyone taken the Muscle Tech supplement Anabolic Halo??

Another thing BigKev what all Muslcetech supplements have you tried and why do you think theyre a scam, thats a strong comment....

In my less knowledable days I tried, nitrotech, celltech, gakic, hydroxycut and meso-tech. Here are my reasons- High price, BS advertising, shady "university research, there are WAY better supps that cost less and are proven effective, plus pretty much all their protein taste like crap when compared to other companies.....and then there is the GNC connection. They have also been accused of "pixie dusting" ingredients in their products...hence all their products are "Proprietary blends"

Well I guess this one one for the ages, and for opinion purposes, because personally ive taken lots of protein supplements and havent found one YET, that compares to nitrotech, what specific brands do u think r better, maybe il try one

i just stick w/ the basics: micronized creatine w/grape juice (or juice w/no citric acid) mixed w/ beta-alanine, glutamine, bcaa's, arginine, and multi vitamin.

ps- muscle tech is way over priced. U can get any supp they offer with a cheaper company. the only one i fork out the money for is nitrix from BSN because it works great

Protein consider an essential thing along with other post workout because our growth depends upon our best health so be aware in any way for perfect impact.
