It all depends, some people like myself have high metabolisms, I eat more than anyone I know including guys much bigger than me. I always consumed a lot of protein and I was hovering around 170 for quite a while. I had to up my general food consumption to ridiculous amounts to start gaining weight. I eat a high protein, diet with plenty of fresh vegetables to aid in digestion of all that protein. I know that I consume more than 200 grams of protein each day but I am constantly eating.
