I don't know what's wrong but for some reason when I take down a protein shake it gives me a bad stomach ache, then I puke it out shortly after. I have been taking whey protein for years why is this happening now? I have changed to 3 different brands of whey protein and I still get sick. I don't understand when I have a post workout shake in a little plastic shaker cup I'm fine don't get sick at all. When I mix a heavier shake with egg whites, pb and a banana and maybe a teaspoon of olive oil to make up for some good fats I start to vomit a short time afterwords.
I only take about 2-3 scoops of whey protein per day, try to stick with whole foods, but sometimes I need those heavier shake to make my macros and calories for the day. I can't imagine taking whey protein out of my diet, does anyone have any ideas why after taking down whey protein for so many years that all of a sudden it gives my hella stomach pain and then I throw it up?
