protein question

Not Juice..Protein Shakes
i weigh 167 lbs. is 200 grams of protein, 4200 calories and 360 grams of carbs ok for a bulking diet???
 
I would bump up the carbs and lower the fat. Try to limit your fat intake to the fat intrisic to lean meat and helthy fats like olive oil, natural peanut butter, etc.
 
Should be. You could bump it up if you want, but 200g should be enough for a guy your size.
 
50 Grams of protein. Four meals a day. For a guy that size that is plenty. How many grams can your body process at one sitting?:)
