havent got enough money at the moment and sjut ran out of my protein powder is there something i can make that i can take to the gym with me that can be a subsitute for protein powder?
pro powder isnt 100% necesary, if youre on that tight of a budget you could always use milk, eggs, chicken, 80% ground beef, etc.
stop by the link in my sig...they have awesome prices on whey protein concentrate ($4.19 per pound, and gets cheaper at the 11 and 26 pound mark). use the code in my sig and get 5% off that price as well.

yea...there is also a trueprotein canada. i dont know where you are.
liquid egg whites might be a good alternative too. but then again, they probably cost more than pro powder. there really is no fast digesting real food protein, but its not THAT big of a deal...having a solid and consistent diet for all your other meals is far better than having the "perfect pwo shake" and a shitty diet throughout the rest of the day, which is the way most people do it.
the whey concentrate from TP is dirt cheap though.
$4.19 a pound, 454g in a pound = 9 50g servings, which = about 47 cents per serving. Thats cheaper than any real food protein that i can think of, except maybe milk.
and if you order 11+ pounds, it drops the price down to 3.98 a pound, which would be about 44 cents per serving, and 26+ pounds would drop the price to 3.77 per pound which would be 42 cents per serving.
will do..thanks 4 the site..its really cheap im kinda pissed off on how much i get ripped off at the local health shops then i see the prices on that site.
