Protein Sources

Ok got a question..I know everyone throws up the macros for their diet..Since im cutting right now on a 50p/20c/30f cals=10*bw would rather have more feedback related to this..How many people only count protein from animal sources and exclude those from things like oatmeal, natty PB ?

Not a dumb question..protein from animal sources contain all 8 essential aminos that the body cannot produce on its own..
 
I only count the protein I eat from my main protein sources,meat,eggs,protein powder.All the little stuff I just consider a bonus.
