Protein VS Calories VS Carbs

Which is your Bigger intake and why!

What is you body "shape" type!

Im in a half dilema where as I am trying to decide either on a high Protien/Carb Diet or High Calorie/Protein !

I dont want that bulky look allthough I do want to add mass but LEAN mass.

Any recomendations on shakes etc!
 
Im pretty certain "calories" are going to be everyones biggest intake. Its somewhat difficult to consume more protein and carbs than calories. I have done it, but it involved the use of a flux capacitor, which is way more trouble than its worth.
 
Mine's always protein no matter what I'm doing (cutting or bulking). Might be even when maintaining. Staying lean when bulking is all about carb manipulation, unless you have this flux capacitor that suareezay speaks of.. Keep your fats fairly low but you do need them so don't go rock bottom on fats.
 
i dont have a clue what the OP is asking, but to add to what JayC said fats should generally constitute 20-30% of overall calories.
 
what tas said. i go for .25g fat, .5-1g of carbs and 1.5g protein. i work a strenuous job so some days ill bump the carbs up a bit.
 
With being in school and having somewhat of a crazy schedule i just make sure i get as many meals in a day as i can. Most are pretty clean and are chicken breast. I shoot for high protein and actually high carbs right now. After wrestling season i shoot for a large weight gain to help out with my bulking. It working as i'm staying decently lean from what i was and have still managed to put about 12lbs on in the last month and a half.
