im getting ready to start a diet for extreme mass, and want to get a really good whey protien powder. i ushly get on's 100% whey but its only 110 calories per serving. is there a better one or what should i do. i have used cyto gainer i know its filled with cals and protien.

protein is protein. theres no high calorie super mass building protein.

best route is
1. eat more real food
or
2. add things to your protein, such as oatmeal (carbs) or olive oil, peanut butter, flax oil, fish oil, etc (fats)

Weight gainers are simply protein with high gi sugary carbs added in. For meal replacement, oatmeal would be a much better route.

The place in my sig sells great protein.

Most of the weight gainers have a lot of sugar stick with the ON whey and mix with whole milk.

get IRON-TEK essential protein and mix 1 scoop with 8oz rice milk and 2 scoops of peanut butter

I know guys that use that mammoth stuff...Something like 148g carbs/50g protein/shake and 20 or 30g of fat

GNC has a great deal on this shake, I forgot the name, but it's 39.99 and get a second one for 19.99. It has 44 grams per serving, low in sugars, and pretty much just a great buy. Also, its great tasting in milk if you really want to gain.

as far as protein gainer go i'd go with the cytogainer for a reaqdy mix. only a few grams of sugar per serving- great taste.

Protein is protein. food is whats important. get more calories, eat more. try muscle milk, it'll make you shit a lot more. or just get a true protein custom shake, get a little bit of creatine in them.

Whey protein is the first sup to be taken.
If you want to add mass, don't count just on supplements. Plan your diet so that you take the correct amounts of protein and kcals.
