Ok heres the deal, i workout at 930ish get done around 1030 11ish, what i was wondering is if i should make my shake with 40g of casien and some dex and malto? instead of using whey since the casien is good for night time...i drink about 2 shakes of whey during the day, or should i just keep on drinking the whey pwo since the faster absorbtion rate?? thanks guys!!

Whey after training, then a truckload of food then go over and ad some caseine and before bedtime more caseine.

I take Isolate Cold-Filtration all the time. I never switch different proteins throught the day. If I want to slow absorption, I will add some EFA's or something similar.

that works too. thats actually what i do since havent gotten around to ordering any casein, but from everything ive ever read, casein is a great protein. I get enough of it from cottage cheese before bed, and natural dairy calcium is the hotness, so i dont really need any powdered stuff.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I love the cold-filtration because it is tasteless, mixes well, easy to digest (I use 4 scoops/shake).

yea ive been using ion x-change lately, but my next batch will be cold filtration.

i have found all TPs stuff to mix very easily. Sometimes when I need to bump up the protein count of a meal, ill throw 10 or 15g of whey in a cup, squirt a few ounces of water out of the fridge dispenser on top, and just swirl the cup around in my hands, and it mixes perfectly with no lumps, without even using a spoon. Hows that for easy mixing?
