i've been doing this fine for one of my meals with a MET-RX protine powder... its real thick so the oats stay in it. I tried it with my optimum nutriton whey and it wasnt that great... all the oats settle to the bottom and it tastes like shit
any solutions?... or should i just man up an choke down the chunky oats
