What are some things we can do to keep our PSA levels down while on TRT ?

The things that come to mind are finasteride, cialis, progesterone and saw palmetto.
Is your PSA going up on TRT?

I should probably add that all these target BHP, which can raise PSA by increasing prostatic volume. If PSA is going up due to carcinoma, then I doubt any of these will help.

Manage estradiol. Don't let it get out of range.

It's going up slightly. I've seen it rise in the past to 2.40 on TRT while on AI....
I heard when beginning TRT PSA does increase to a peak and drops down again.
