i have tried holding plates, bars, dbs. the prob is that i got well over 405 on the bar and still wasnt getting the resistance i get from a big band choked down. plus with a bar you only get to do a partial rep because of the range of motion being cut short from my long ass arms. in other words no resistance at the bottom. the bands get tighter as the movement progresses.
that little band thst guy is using in the pic is usuless for me. i use the fat one choked down several times. i get some footage posted soon.
these bands will not break. we got the heaviest three, average, strong and monster.
