First off, id like to say thank you for the awesome program that you got me on! So far, ive seem great improvements in size and strength on my legs and back! In the past week, ive put on an inch on my legs, and over two inches on my chest/back! The only supplement that im using is protein powder.

The only question I have is that My chest seems to be gaining slower than the rest of my body...do you have any suggestions how I can speed up the growth of my chest? Right now, im doing flat, decline bench and dips along with upright rows then tricep pushdowns.
