Hey guys I was just wondering if anybody could give me some ideas for foods for my pwo carbs.
I'm still fine tuning my nutrition plan and as of yet I haven't been eating any carbs after noon and it seems I've been overlooking an important facet of pwo nutrition.
Should those pwo carbs be complex or simple?
Just to let you know I fuckin' hate yams, I've tried and tried to make myself eat them but I just can't stomach them, yams are the one food I can't force myself to eat.
Currently I eat 8 meals a day for 2200-2300 calories and my diet is clean. I only have one protein shake before workout and one after, all other meals are whole foods.
I am losing about a pound to a pound and a half a week with what I'm doing now but I just want to make sure that I'm not sacrificing muscle at the same time.
Any ideas are appreciated, thanks guys.
