immediately after weights or heavy mma workout i drink a protein/carb shake.

carbs: Amylocel (Waxy Maize Starch)
protein: Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration
 
After workout:
Waxy Maize Startch + creatine EE + Taurine + BCAA

20 mins later:
Protein powder + oatmeal + fruit
