Quad injection site, hardly walk?

Hi, my friend (this isnt one of "my friend" stories) is cycling tren ace and Sustanon (sust). The EOD are not going down well with him so he tried the quad using the guideline of palm outstretched, fingers hitting bottom of the knee then injecting where the thumb is. He had to double up tren and Sustanon (sust) as it was that scheduled day.

He said it was ok at first but after he woke up it took him 45 minutes to get down the stairs. Knowing him he probably didnt massage the area.

He said when he straightens it out it feels like it needs to be relaxed and when it's relaxed feels like it needs to be straightned out.

Apart from taking ibrufen is there anything else he should do and what do you think went wrong?

Thanks.

Been there. Took days to subside & went to glute only & have never looked back unless I'm pinning of course.:)

it happens to me every time. feels like a charly horse and I get baseball size knots. I have learned to deal with it. I have tried everything, massage, after a hot bath and same everytime.

My first quad pin was a bitch. Did it halfway between the hip and knee and just to the outside. I couldn't walk up/down stairs or get in my truck by myself for almost a week. I have not and will not ever pin quads again.

Yeah that's what he's having and we're on ME squat day tommorow lol, he's hitting delts and upper chest in stead.

doesn't it make more sense to do a glute injection anyway???

It's basically the middle of you body, and it's mostly muscle not too many veins.

once you reach a certain size its hard to pin your own glutes.quads when done right are good places to pin.
