Question about A'dex dosage

I am on my first cycle of test e 500/wk. i am using a'dex for an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) due to the fact i am very prone to acne which i started to get severly around week 3. I have been slowly increasing the dosage from .25 eod up to .5 ed. This seems to be the spot that clears up my acne pretty good without seeing any other sides. I just want to make sure that .5 ed isnt going to cause any side effects itself considering it seems to be much higher than most people recomend. Mainly worried about crashing my estro. Any thoughts?

This is an individual thing what works for you isn't going to work for everyone else. I have to use 1mg a day but you will just have to learn what works best for you. I don't think .5 is going to hurt you a bit with crashing your estro. However time will tell.

1mg ED and 600mg test per wk I am still out of the normal range. Adex can't crash your estro IMO.

I pretty much run .25 ED in my cycle and don't have any problems.

Ok great. Thanks for the quick response. So far i havent seen any other sides at this dosage so i will probably keep it at this dosage for now unless something pops up. Just didnt want to cause myself any unnecessary sides.

Wow, some of you guys are taking 1mg ED for 500-600mg/wk? I thought I was excessive doing .25mg ED lol. Just watch out for joint pain OP not the normal pops - you'll KNOW what I mean if you go too far.

Not sure how i feel about taking advice from a guy name halfwit. Jk. Thanks i already have some joint issues from injuries in the past and am very cautious already when it comes to my joints.

You'll be able to feel it in the joints if your dose is too high. My wrists and ankles seem to crack alot when my estro is too low and i get a bit lethargic
