Question about cutting and calories

Hi there folks,

I am 23 years of age, "5"9, weigh 176 lbs, BF around 20%. I want to get down to 10%. I am cutting at 1800 cals atm and it's going rather well so far. I was wondering if I should adjust my calories if my weight goes down. Maybe to 1700 or 1600 max. This is what my diet looks like atm:

Protein Bread 2 slices - 206 cals, 7,4 fat, 12,2 carbs, 20,2 protein

Lean beef 320g - 384 cals, 12.8 fat, 67.2 protein

Broccoli 100g - 26 cals, 2.7 carbs, 3.8 protein

Onion 70g - 22 cals, 3.2 carbs, 0.9 protein

Oatmeal 145g - 510 cals, 10.2 fat, 85.1 carbs, 19.6 protein

Olive oil 10ml - 83 cals, 9 fat, 1 protein

Fish (frozen ready made meal with cheese and broccoli) 400g - 388 cals, 16.4 fat, 20.8 carbs, 38.4 protein

Whey protein 35g - 137 cals, 2.4 fat, 2.1 carbs, 26.6 protein

Total 1800 cals, 59 g fat, 126 g carbs, 183 g protein

Additionally I take 3 pills of BCAA, 2 pills of CLA, 1 pill of Green Tea Extract, 1 pill of Omega-3

I work out 4 times a week, hit the weights (haven't gone down in weight), and do HIT cardio on a stationary bike (15 second sprint, 45 second rest) for 15 minutes.

Opinions, thoughts ?

Constructive criticism gladly appreciated !

if you lower cals too much your body will go into starvation mode and fatloss will actually slow down. I rec google "carb cycling for fatloss" and make yourself have 1-2 cheat (high cal) days.
have lots of healthy fats too, like olive oil.

I have one cheat meal a week which I use a refeed day to stock up on my carbs, like a big meal of pasta.

this is great! because it shocks the body IMO and helps you lose fat better the following days, if diet is on point.
I add olive oil to everything, when bulking or cutting, only thing is watch the cals, but your better off with cals from good fat and protein vs. carbs. but again... its to find that system that works for YOU.

good luck!
