Question About Cutting

I have just recently started cutting I am 6'2" 225 17% BF and want to get to 200 9 % BF. Today i started QV STAN 100 also i will take that every other day for 6 weeks. I also want to know if i should take a Fat Loss Supp. My diet consist of

Meal 1: Oatmeal and large Banana 8 am

Run for 30 min 3.5 miles

Meal 2: Low Carb protein bar 11am

Work out 1-1.5 HR

Meal 3: Shake with 46 gtams of protein and turkey sandwhich no mayo, and light whole wheat bread 2pm

Meal 4: Chicken Breast and Mixed Veggies 5pm

Meal 5 : Chicken Breast Sandwhich on Whole Wheat Bread 8 pm

Run for 30 min 3.5 miles

Meal 6 : Protein Shake 11pm

Does this look like a realistic diet to get down to 9% BF, And should i even take the Fat Loss Supp

Looks damn good to me...I have trouble myself staying that strict....red meat just tastes sooo good...and rice....if you keep your diet like that, i assume it will be constant and lasting fat loss...i would wait at least 4 weeks and how you progress without clen/ECA/etc before you add any catalysts...people (myself and the rest of America) always want to jump onto the quickest bestessttt way...if you're 21 your metabolism is probably friggin awesome...so just do it natty for a while
