This post pertains to what would be the best PCT for me.
I am a 27 year old male, I have been training for now 5 years, but in the last 2 years I have really started doing it seriously (diet wise, other then that I have not stopped training in the past 5 years)
Anywho, a bit of history, at 22 years old I used to weigh some 135lbs at 6', 3 years later I was 195 lbs of muscle and fat (looked bloated as fuck) mostly because I would carb up like an ass. Soon after I went low(er) carb to cut that up and I was very successful, i went down from a fat 195lbs down to a slim and cut 175 lbs, and have maintained that for a while. I have been having a lot of trouble making it past that and packing on some real size.
So a week and a half ago I have decided to go on my first cycle, I chose 5mg British Dispensary D-bol, i have started with 15g a day and slowly going up, now i am 30g, for those who say that dbol does nothing past 40g they are wrong i have a wicked pump right now and have gained 10lbs, either way I will climb at 40g max in the next week until I am out of tabs I have 200 of them, along with 2x a week of test cypionate at 250mg/1cc, which equals to 500mgs of cyp per week. I did 1 week of dbol only and started injections this week, they will go on for another 5 weeks since it is a 10cc vial. Some of you may say this is not enough gear and that is your opinion but I am not looking to go overboard right now since great bodies aren't built in 10 weeks they are built during years and years of training and patience.
It is important to note that I have never ever taken any AAS in the past, thus making this my first cycle. My diet consists of about 250 to 300g of protein per day, and 50 to 100g of carbs depending if I train or not. Since I am on AAS i have decided to up my calories by eating fattier foods such as red meat or salmon. I am not sure if I should up my carbs with that too.... My supplements are daily multi vitamins an occasional protein shake, and a napalm pre-workout (insane mix, try it)
So finally my question is, which PCT should I use and when exactly should I? I have had not any side effects as of yet. I have easy access to Aromasin, HCG, Clomid, Nolvadex, Proviron, well just to say that if you name it there are pretty good chances I have very easy access to it, those are the joys of being canadian!
Sorry for the long winded post, attached is a picture of me with the bloated 195 lbs and the 175 lbs cut up physique, I believe I have made a lot of progress naturally but due to my brittle physique, I have very small bones, I believe, I am at the peak of what I can do naturally.
