question about rest

Yes especially if you are feeling overtrained, you will come back feeling much stronger and rest is where growth occurs. I used to have a tendency to overtrain now I try to get more rest and my result are better too.
 
well, i had thought about going 8 weeks w/ this current routine but this week i havebeen run ragged and havent been able to train. since i have not been able to get anything accomplished i figured this would be a good week to take off.

next week i will start pullnbig's mass building routine and get my eating habits fixed.
 
Take a light week. Go to the gym and go for high reps with light weights. You only need a week off if you are feeling run down.
 
rest is wlays good especially if you were very consistent on your 6 week routine. Let the muscles recoup for a few days.
