Question about the pre-bed dose

For those of you using peptides... how soon before sleeping is your pre-bed time dose? and do you eat after taking it? Ive been reading that alot of people get a hypoglycemic feeling shortly after each dose, so do you eat right before bed? I have cjc1295 no dac, and ghrp2.

thanks

Hello blackjack :)
Assuming you are injecting your GHRP-2 & CJC-1295 NO DAC once a day pre-bed at saturation dose of 1mcg/1kg or 100mcg each, you need to be fasted for at least 2-3 hours before injecting it, MINIMUM 1 hour if you had very little food. GHRP-2 can cause hunger in some people. The hunger isn't as bad as GHRP-6. However, if you feel the need to eat after your dose, you will need to wait 30 minutes before consuming carbohydrates or fats. Protein is fine. Make sure you don't over eat hehe, because it will be harder for you to fall asleep on a full stomach ;)
As for hypoglycemia, it is individual dependent. So it is up to you to experiment after your first dose. Try staying up, see how you feel. Do that for a couple days. If you feel fine, than you can sleep on an empty stomach. If not, consume around 15-20g of sugar, should fix the hypo issue quickly; fructose is preferred. If the hunger becomes an issue for you, you could try going for Ipamorelin next time. It is a lot more expensive though. It does not have any effect on hunger, prolactin (if so very little), and cortisol (if so very little). However, you could try dosing it higher than GHRP-2, because it isn't as strong when it comes to GH release. Don't get me wrong, it is EXTREMELY effective, you can dose Ipam at very high doses without having to worry about side effects related to prolactin, cortisol, hunger and desensitization. Even though, desensitization, prolactin and cortisol on GHRP-2 should be the least of your worries at one injection a day @saturation dose.

Hope this helps

Thanks for the reply. That's how I was thinking too, wait and see if I get hungry and eat if need be. I was just trying to get a consensus if what everyone else was doing.

In the evening I took ghrp 6 or 2 + cjc, I guess it was around 40 min before going to bed and around 2 hrs after protein dinner. I don't remember eating after injection.

Great info. I've always been curious about eating and pinning...
I usually pin (usually being the key word) on an empty stomach...
After w/o I pin and then its protein only...maybe minimal carbs if i use milk...

I always take the peptides about an hour before bed. By the time an hour is up I am def ready for sleep. I like that - the gh stack seems to really improve my sleep patterns and quality of sleep. If I ate anything it is usually protein, avoiding carbs and fats.
