looking to add some lean mass, and greatly reduce body fat.

The plan itself is good in theory, but I cannot find any cookbooks that are especially for this type of macrobolic diet.

Does anyone know of any that are out there?

The reason I'm looking for one is for meal alternatives as well. In the mornings, I don't always have time to make 6 egg whites, 1 large egg, with 1/2 cup oatmeal and strawberries (I swapped out a piece of wheat toast instead of strawberries today).

I got a book but the book itself only has about 3-5 recipes for each meal in it, and am looking for a little more variety.
