Question on Muscle

I went on a very clean diet, but still trying to gain weight, all of it muscle. My bodyfat percentage was 13 percent. I was 6"1 205, now I am 225 with 10 percent bodyfat. My question is, i did gain 20 pounds off a clean diet, but how much of that is muscle? Is it possible that i gained a solid 20 in 7 weeks?
 
hmm prob. not...were u on gear?....even on dbol guys gain a little less than than..but most of it is water......the best way to have measured was to get ur body fat tested
before and after....
 
general rule of thumb is that the most muscle you can gain in a week is in the neighborhood of half a pound once youre past the noob stage. Add drugs into the mix and this rule goes flying out the window though.

So 20 in 7?....probably not.
