When making a solution in oil, can I mix, heat, bake and then filter or, do I have to mix, heat, filter and then bake ?... does it matter?

Also, If I bake in the vial, what temp can a vial handle before it cracks? that is if cracks ... if ok to bake in vial, what temp is recommened?

Bake - 275F for an hour, vent the stopper with a 25g in the thick part of the stopper. Use a over thermometer to gauge temp, not the over setting.
