polysorbate 80 for win brew

Hi guys
I want to brew som water based winny
i am trying to find som pharama grade polysorbate 80 in Europe but no luck, instead i have found cosmetic grade and food grade , i thought of making the brew with food grade then filter it through 0,2 membran filter ,
what do you think ?
