Question Regarding Beta Receptors

I was reading through the Begginers Guide to Steroids and Nutrition, and I came across this quote referring to only using Test during your 1st cycle:

"Also, as a first time user your beta receptors are very fresh and the need for a second compound is not justified."

So does this mean that your beta receptors permanently lose their sensitivity as a result of your 1st steroid cycle, or do they recover back to normal over time? If so how long? Seems like that could be a seriously bad thing.

Thanks

I think what it's supposed to imply is that as a beginner everything works, even the most basic of test only cycles. There's no need for complicating things and adding secondary compounds to a first cycle bc you leave yourself with that much less room for growth in the end. Androgen receptors themselves don't down-regulate from everything I've read so that's not a concern but beta receptors are important for asthmatics (clenbuterol and Albuterol are beta-2 receptor agonists and asthma medications) and fat-loss (an agonists effect on beta-receptors allows fatty acid to be more easily oxidized and released for use as energy).

So do beta receptors recover naturally over time?

From what? Clenbuterol and Albuterol can down-regulate beta-2 receptors but an anti-histamine like Benadryl or Ketotifen can counteract this and keep that from happening.

Ok, so Test E would have no effect on beta-2 receptors? Only clenbuterol and Albuterol have an effect on them?
