Question specifically about running PCT

I have a question on the recommended dosage ED. I know you have to take clomid and nolva but how much of each is recommended and when should you start your PCT? If I am planning on running TEST E a longer lasting ester.

I read into it a little but it just brought me to a discussion where people talked about PCT but couldn't verify myself if it's an ED at 50mg 20mg or weekly. Which sticky note or link were you referring to?
