When on a bulking cycle I know protein and high calories is a must. The part im confused about is, do you want to eat lots of high protein/high fats , or do you want high protein/high carbs? Im not sure which is best for getting a good clean bulk. Im sure these are easy to answer.
 
I'm a bit confused on this myself but I've always been under the impression high protein, moderate fat and carbs is the way to go. I'm bulking myself and following 50% protein / 30% fats / 20% carbs.My total daily caloric intake comes in at about 2800. (I'm 5'6", 118lbs)
 
Id go with the high pro, high carbs, not so crazy on the fat...
 
High Protein and high fats. The good fat...not that nasty bacon grease fat.
The carbs are purely for energy and extra calories.
the important factor to remember is NOT to mix your carbs and Your Fats together in a meal
