Questions about first cycle

I'm 5'10 approximately 150lbs. I'm looking to a do a short cycle (4 weeks) I've looked into them and noticed most people have split opinions, some say its good especially for beginners why others say its a waste, either way I'm looking to just do a short 4 week cycle just to put on some extra mass. I naturally have a very lean body build I look like I weigh even less than I actually do but I'm not trying to get "freakishly big." All I want is to put on 15-20lbs 25 at most, I'll be satisfied if I'm cut at 175 and at that point id just work out for maintenance and to maintain weight.

I've done a fair amount of research but naturally like any other newbie I still have a bunch of questions, mostly about the injection days. I'll probably be running Sustanon (sust), now do I inject on workout days or non-workout days? Also since I'm only running for 4 weeks how many injections a week?

My main question is post-cycle I'm probably gonna run both clomid and nolva the thing is that I'll be starting my cycle this week probably Wednesday/Thursday but next month June 24th I'll be going out of the country for 3 weeks. I'll have time to finish my cycle but is it ok that I'll be out of the country a week or so after the last injection?

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks guys
 
U need to do some more research. You are light .4 week cycle ll not give u any gains except water weight .u cant put 15-20 lbs in 4 weeks of lean mass not even the water weight that fast .read more
 
Yes, kay1c is right. 4 weeks is the earliest you'll see gains, why stop. For a first time, I would take the old school guys advice and do a test only cycle. I would suggest a 8-10 week test E or test C cycle at 500mg/ week. You want to see how your endocrine system will react to the new hormones. Also you need to plan a good post cycle therapy (pct) and have nolva on hand in case of gyno. And remember, I was told this 15 years ago and have heeded to the advice, do not start a cycle unti you have ALL of your gear, pins, ancillaries. post cycle therapy (pct) the worst thing that could happen is to run out of something and can't get it right away. Get on the steroid profile page and Research the steroids of choice. You should research all of the drugs that you are going to be using in your cycle and almost become obsessed with it.do all the research and reading that you possibly can. Learn all the side effects and properties of the steroids. You should also Plan on getting blood work done a few times during your cycle to make sure your LH, Free T, Total T, FSH, Estriol, liver enzymes are good. It cost a lot of money to supplement responsibly.

So are you saying that 4 weeks would be a waste? The reason I want to do a 4 cycle is because I've been somewhat hesitant to use gear and I'm not sure if I'd want to commit to a 10-12 week cycle. That may be a bad way to put it as I'm definitely committed but I think you guys know what I mean. Also I'd really want to do this before I leave the country, this gives me only around 5 weeks so I wouldn't be able to run anything longer. Also I have a few friends who have done short 4 week cycles and said they were able to gain 15lbs which is all I'm really looking to do at this point. There was a stickied thread I read on here a while back that completely explained short cycles and said they're beneficial for someone whose trying to make minor gains like myself and is new to gear. I'll try to find the link once I get out of work.

As for me being light, definitely, but I was under 130 when I first started out, practically a twig. I can gain weight without gear but I'm just looking for something to speed up the process, like I said before I have no dreams of entering any body builder competitions or anything like that I just want to tone my body so I can somewhat "big" and not look like a 16 year old kid.

I really, really prefer to do this before my vacation but if it'll be a waste then I might have to force myself to wait it out. Has anyone ever done a short 4 week cycle and can offer any input?
 
You should hold off. At 5'10 150lbs there are more important aspects that need to be addressed. Get on a great diet and training regimen. DIET IS KEY! If you haven't been eating correctly you could add a substantial amount of mass just by doing that. Also, training correctly is very important. After these 2 things are accomplished, only then should AAS be considered.

I agree. So your going to boot camp, active duty? Yeah, I know what you mean. But the weight you will gain in 4 weeks will be all water. Then you'll deflate like a balloon. You have to commit %100 to this and be prepared to go the long haul. You need at least 8-10 weeks to get a decent gain that you can retain most of. But for now, get a good whey isolate protein and a casein protein for night. Get a good multivitamin, and a per-workout creatine supplement. Eat like your never going to eat again. But eat low fat, high protein diet. And if you're like me and your metabolism is high, eat carbs.
And when you have the money and time to commit, as well as a little more weight on, come holler at me. Good luck soldier!

4 week cycle of short ester can give somewhat gains like 3-4 lbs lean muscle but not that much you are saying and u dnt want to supress your natural test production for those 3-4 lbs and its not worth it so jus hold hit the diet section post your diet and training members will help you there and u can achieve naturally what u want your dreams will come true but it takes time ,hardwork and proper knowledge :)
 
Just wait 4 weeks is def a waste! Sounds like your young the bean aint going anywhere. Yes start with a test only cycle my first was test cyp ran it for 8 weeks thats the bare minimum. Just like the posts before stated do your research anyone can buy a few bottles and just do it its much more than that its a science an art and done responsibly and correct its like drinking a fine glass of wine!
