quick oatmeal question...

I was wondering if i could just eat oatmeal with a spoon, without cooking it or putting it in water. sometimes im in a real rush. I train a girl at 9-10 and then at 10 i bring oatmeal and eat it and workout till 11.. is that cool?
 
thats how i do it all the time!i dump a cup in a cup.old fashioned rolled oats just tip it up and chase with your protein shake or water.bam! breakfast done in about a minute!
 
you add oatmeal to your protein shake? or how do you make an oatmeal shake. but my reason for asking is i train a girl at 9 at night to 10. then i do my workout right after, and i am hungry so i just bring a baggie full of oatmeal and eat it dry... i dont have money to buy protein bars.... moneys really tight.

Just add the oatmeal with your whey in water.....I've only done this with chocolate protein powder and it tastes good and is great if you are in need of a meal in a hurry.
 
I do the same thing every morning. I've never really been able to eat a lot right when I wake up, so I just blend 50g of whey and a 1/2 cup of oats in water and thats my breakfast while i'm cutting.
 
hey can u tell us what time u train this girl? i didnt catch it the first 2 times and its really important to know when discussing a oatmeal question

haha, i was tryin to explain i cant bring a cooked bowl of oatmeal in the gym at 10 at night... and im to broke to buy protein bars, so eating dry uncooked oatmeal was my only option.
 
I get 8lbs of top round steak.
Get my butcher to ground it.
take 2.5lbs with 1 egg white & 1/2 cup of oatmeal and make into hamburger patties
BBQ....:) sweet.....:)
 
Not burgers ,GROUNDED TOP LOIN STEAK!!!!!
4g of fat!!!
Take 2.5lbs of grounded top loin mix with oatmeal & 1 egg white.Makes 8 patties!

you're so broke you can only afford to eat dry oatmeal...

shit. i respect that.

charge more for your training.

i eat oatmeal mixed wit oj, its good with any juice.

or just tell the girl to bring to apples post-workout, you eat one, she eats the other one.. when she asks why tell her that its so important to eat post-workout that she needs a back-up apple...
