the most convienent meal preparation i knw of is a combination of whey isolate, cheerios, taurine and peanut butter.

simple steps:
1put the cheerios in a ready to go container.
2in a shaker cup, shake whey isolate taurine and peanut butter. taurine is a fat emulsifyer. store in another container if crunchy texture is more palatable.
3enjoy with juice or bananna
 
put dry oats in a blender for about 30 seconds and it turns into a powder form. 2 scoops oats, 2 scoops protien, whatever else to taste.
