Started at 100mg EW & .5mg Anastrozole AI next day. Reduced to 80mg after Total serum T was 1,200 for too long and hematocrit was high too often.
56 yrs, back to lifting 4 yrs.

I totaled these because I don't know if this is weak or not. Are the up & down levels okay?

Yea it looks decent. What is your E2 exactly? This could be why your free T is bouncing, but some deviance is to be expected.

My E2 recently; 24.6 , 31 , 27 , 13.1 , 22.6 , 10 , 31.6 , 28.2
Average = 23.5 recently over 8 labs about 3 months apart.

(FWIW: I wish you all the success in your biz. Restoring T is healing, not a damn crime)
