raw oatmeal VS cooked oatmeal

Technically it shouldn't make much of a difference. It's perfectly fine to blend it and have it raw
 
No difference, ill blend it fine or eat it cooked, you can get a lot down quickly grinding it up and mixing it in a shake or whatever, but be careful not to over do it because itll start to axpabd in your stomach making for a bit of a painful situation lol

Do you have a gluten intolerence? Or do you just think a gluten free diet is healthier? I've tried some gluten free dishes and they all tasted like garbage. Maybe the person who made them is just an awful cook. Who knows.
 
I've heard that cooked oatmeal with slime is better for weight loss since it improve digestion by enveloping the stomach and eliminating the slags. But but it's says that the raw oatmeat contains more vitamins and usefull nutricitions. I use it cooked as well as raw in moderate quantity few timedsa week for breakfast.
 
I've been eating raw oatmeal for years. I put in a scoop of protein and water. Then I eat it with my Natty PB jar right next to me. I'm naturally thin so this is an easy way to get extra calories while sitting at my desk during the work day.
