There are much more vitamins is need our health in a day and fresh fruits and fresh vegetables have many vitamins and calories those are helpful for get healthy body figure so eat fresh fruits and vegetables and get healthy benefit........
 
You are right dear. Fresh fruits and vegetables have lot of benefits. It is best to eat these food because these are natural food and natural food is always good for health. I always prefer fruits and vegetables in my daily food routine.
