Ready for PCT

Brabus

ON THE VERGE
Just finished a 12 week cycle of test e 500 mg. (my first) So sad to be done. I gained 12-15 lbs of muscle, shed 5-7 %bf, and never felt better in my life. Wish I would have gone 15 weeks. I now see why people are tempted to stay on perpetually. I start post cycle therapy (pct) in a week and half. 40 mg nolva ed for 1st week and 20 mg nolva ed for the next couple weeks. Going to continue to train hard and eat right. Any other suggestions for keeping what I have gained? What should I expect to see as far as losses etc?

Losses will be heavily dependant on your diet and training. Take the intensity of workouts down a bit from normal, cut back on the cardio, and eat clean and just hope that your losses are minimal.
Maybe in the future think about switching to prop from enanthate so you don't have such a long time to wait for the enanthate to clear to start PCT, and use HCG during cycle to help with recovery.

Run 40mg for the first 2 weeks, then switch to 20mg until your libido returns to normal and you feel you've fully recovered.

I like to start a small dose of tamox like 5-10mg/day at cycles end, then day 10 jump to 40mg and continue fullblown post cycle therapy (pct) as scheduled.

A couple points:

1. Don't limit the number of weeks that you run post cycle therapy (pct). If you feel that you need to run it longer then you had planned, do so. Don't simply end it because that is when you planned on doing so.

2. Running an aromatase inhibitor may be beneficial but it depends on how your cholesterol reacts. Research it and make an educated choice on whether to run one or not.
