Realistic expectations for epistane?

Hey guys, Im planning on running my 3rd cycle next week (epi). Plan to dose it 30/40/40/50/50/50. Support supps are:
3 liv52 tabs/day
life support
550mg hawthorn berry
5 fish oil caps/day
glucosamine

PCT will be nolva dosed at 20/20/10/10.

Im 22 years old, 5'10 195lb. Ive been cutting for 3 weeks now and am down to 14% bf. My main goal of this cycle is to limit strength loss/muscle loss while speeding up fat loss. Goal is to go from 14% to 10 % during these 6 weeks. Is this a realistic goal? Given that my diet is on point.

Yea you should be able to hit 10% with a real solid diet.

Start at 40mg, throw hcgenerate into pct, dose all your fish oils with the epi. Take life support at night, same with liv52. Don't take any during the day.

Do cardio after lifting, whatever you drop in cals pick half up in protein.

Ex, drop 100g carbs, add 50g pro.

HCGenerate in PCT is a good idea.

Your goal is realistic and achievable. Make sure you focus in the gym, eat right and drink lots of water. Also make sure you get a full cycle of sleep. Fish oil and glucosamine will help with dry joints especially when you take it up to 40mg+, so that was a good choice. Best of luck and keep us posted on your progress. Also which epi supp are you running?

Great post, btw. Perfect advice.

OP, check out Celtic Labs Epi if you're still looking at different brands of epistane.
