I'm going to switch it up a bit now and just workout at home. I was thinking of doing just deads, squats, and bench for a while. Maybe running every other week instead of deads or squats for some cardio and variation. I like 5x5 and was wondering if I should do one excerise each day or try to get it all in on one day? Maybe a MWF? Opinons please.
