Recommendations on Full Time Training Routine

Broke my leg, and hip last year, Just started going back to the gym to do physical therapy for the past 5 months.
Got a huge insurance settlement, so i am basically retired. Been working out on and off for about 4 years.

I am looking for a routine that will put on MAD SIZE. The reason I am asking for help with a routine is because i don't do SHIT all day, and i sleep for 12+ hours each day. So my thinking is doing more sets and really hitting it, because of all the sleep i will be doing. Does this sound feasible?
Would a large volume routine yield results faster as apposed to a normal volume routine, keeping in mind all the sleep that I get?
I am 36.
6'1"
285lbs.
Got a clean bill of health from the Dr. LDL, HDL, Blood Pressure, PSA, al that stuff.

My diet is very clean, and since money is not an issue I can eat WTF i want/need.

I just finished a 4/wk cycle of dieselbolan, and I am on 2/wk of post cycle therapy (pct), running forma-stanozol, and unleashed and off-cycle. NO sides that I noticed.

I will be doing whatever routine you guys recommend in 6wks starting another diesel cycle(i got the buy 1 get 1 free).

Thanks alot guys.

Shockandawe is on point, Westside is fuckin awsome. My template is a little different than the one on the link, but when i started using that template i put on a lot of quality muscle and my lifts went through the roof.

I checked out that routine. Seems kind of interesting, but I don't think its for more.

I am not really a fan of doing the Upper/lower/Upper/Low

I am kinda interested chest one day, back, shoulders, arms. one for each day kinda thing.

anyone got any opinions/routines?

Thanks

Did you say you just started PT? Are you anywhere near your level of function and strength prior to your injury? If so, I haven't heard of westside but DC training is good for size and you'll need the sleep.

Mass is gonna be dictated primarily by diet as you probably already know. My routine now is chest/tris, legs, shoulders, and back/bi's. I take a day off when I feel like it. Abs are done on chest and shoulder day and calves hit on the other 2 days. I do forearm isolated shit on leg day. It works for me.

Definitely.

Another thing I'll mention is this - compare yourself to Bezoe in his pic.....do you look anything near that? If not, you probably don't need a split like his because your muscles will respond to a lot less. He's definitely been lifting for a while.

My suggestion would be to build up a solid base of strength (this will also add a lot of size) before considering a split like that.

I always point people towards this program:

Bill Starr 5x5 - Madcow Intermediate or Linear Version

This is similar to what most guys in D1/NFL use. Except they're usually limited to 1-2 days lifting per week during the season.....that should be a good indicator of how effective this program is.

Once you've built up some strength and you've given your tendons some time to get into the groove then you can consider a split. Right now it'd be incredibly ineffective imo.
