I'm on 750mg of test E/week (I've just ended dbol) and I've finally hit my weight goal, but I still have about 8 weeks left of my cycle. I think I want to recomp after i drop the dbol water weight and see what the scale says.
What are resonable expecations in terms of muscle gain and fast loss a week for a recomp on just 750mg/week of test? I know weight is all about diet, i want to just maintain my weight, but drop some bf and add some muscle.
I might add some cardio and t3 because my appetite is just insane right now (probably not both though, thats too catabolic).
