Recovery breast augmentation

For any ladies out here who have had breast augmentation I would like to ask a few questions:

How long before you returned to your previous max loads for 1RM bench, push-up and pull-ups? I understand that these are the hardest exercises to get back.

Did any of you use any steroid to assist with regaining your lost strength, or just to speed along recovery?

If so, what did you use, how much, how long?

I have never used any steroids before so my knowledge is purely based on research and anecdotal, no personal knowledge. I have a really physically demanding job and a brutal fitness test so I want to be back to pre surgery form as soon as possible.

I really appreciate and look forward to any advice!

if you've just had a major operation i personally would avoid steroids to help you regain strength. the problem with steroids is that they will increase your ability to develop muscle and increase your strenth, but the ligaments and tendons around them do not develop at the same speedy rate - which is why injuries can occur if you're not careful on them.

i personally would just work your ass off as much as possible doing what is safe to do. consult a personal trainer who specialises in post-surgical fitness. there will be online coaches that can help you as well if you can't find someone in your area.

i don't think steroids are your answer - because what happens when you finish the course? you will definitely lose a bit of strength, and that will be really demotivating given what your motivations are here. you're best to just work as hard as you SAFELY can and let your body heal at its own rate. pushing your body with any recovery is only going to set you back for longer in the long run
 
I think the recovry after augmentation is very individual as anything. I started training after 6 weeks as the doctor said. My max rep for push ups was back in two weeks (but my max is only 55), 1RM squat and dead lifts returned in 3 weeks, 1RM bench press returned after 4 weeks(!) and to be honest my max rep pull ups has not returned yet. Before the augmentation I did 13 pull ups after running (5-10 km), now it's only 11 pull ups and I hate it. Concerning aas I have no experiences. I'll start my own experiments with anavar, primobolan and winstrol (first separately, then togeher). But my goal is especially muscle mass, my BF is 8%.
