Resources for female HRT/BHRT?

I'm trying to get educated on the basics of HRT for women around or after menopause.

Has anyone educated themselves on this? Any recommendations on books or other resources?
PM me if posting a website isn't appropriate.

I've read Suzanne Sommers' book, but ideally I'd like to get some more detailed information about the basics: estradiol, progesterone, etc.

I'm evaluating the feasibility of doing this DIY (gasp).

Thanks!

Basically it is Primary Hypogonadism. The ovaries stop working. Women's LH and FSH levels are high but no hormones are being made in the ovaries.

Typically my understanding is that Estradiol, Testosterone and Progesterone are replaced. As with men, I believe that injections are said to work best and be most cost effective with no risk of transfer.

DHEA and Pregnenolone may be used as well.
