Review my diet...

I wanted to know what you guys thought of my diet. I think I don't eat enough.... but maybe I can get some good advice from you guys.
Morning - Protein Shake 40 grams
Midmorning snack - Premixed shake 35 grams 1 gram of fat
Lunch -- Usually Turkey and fat free cheese sandwich comes out to about 25-30 grams of protein and then either Some mixed nuts or fruit, usually grapes.
Mid afternoon snake- Premixed shake 35 grams of protein .05 grams of fat and 6 carbs
Mid afternoon meal - Usually a lean burger or Turkey burger on a whole wheat bun 20-25 grams of protein
Dinner - Some sort of lean meat 19-30 grams of protein.
 
Add some oats at ur first meal
Add some Flax oil with ur shake mid morning
Add carbs or fat to ur mid afternoon shake
skip the bun in ur mid afternoon meal, replace with sweet potato or yam
Dinner, Add veggies and some Efas again
Maybe another meal before u go to bed?
Do u train? when are u training? U need pre and post workout nutrition too

As for lunch im not a fan of sandwiches but it's better than nothing
