Ok guys, i'm definitely a noob to the forums, but i've been reading for months now and would like some suggestions in regards to my first cycle.
I just turned 25 last week and I think its time to give it a try. I've been lifting hard since i was about 18ish and I reached my highest weight of 215 at age 21. Then I had some anxiety issues and some stuff goin on which forced me to stop lifting completely for a solid year... Ever since i've been trying to get back but gains aren't coming as quick as they used to. Now im about 195lb. 5'10" maybee 18 percent body fat. So here it goes...
Week 1-12 350mg Ultra test 350 (test blend)
Week 1-12 200iu HCG 2x weekly
Week 1-12 .25mg arimidex eod
Week 13-16 Tamoxifen Citrate(Nolva) 20/20/10/10mg
I know that its a really light cycle and was actually wondering if I would even need to run the hcg or not and wanted an opinion. Also when do you think I should start taking the nolva and as well as input on the dosing? Input appreciated
